Dosierung/Anwendung (1):

• 4:2:1-rule for fluid administration:
• 4 ml/kg/h for the first 10 kg,
• 2 ml/kg/h for the second 10 kg,
• 1 ml/kg/h for the remaining kilograms.

Sonstige Hinweise (1): blood volume: premature neonates (100 ml/kg), full-term neonates (85-90 ml/kg), infants (80 ml/kg), adults (65-75 ml/kg).
