Synonyme: Succinylcholin.
Dosierung/Anwendung (1):
- For relaxation:
- Infants (1-12 months): 2-3 mg/kg iv + Atropin 0.01 mg/kg (minimum 0.1 mg) iv
- Older children: 1-1,5 mg/kg iv + Atropin 0.01 mg/kg (minimum 0.1 mg) iv
- For laryngospasm: 0.5-1 mg/kg iv or 4-6 mg/kg im
- The "gold standard" dose for RSII is 1 mg/kg without curare pretreatment and 1.5 mg/kg when curare is used to prevent fasciculations (2).
