Thiopental

Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten (2): for RSII the thiopental titration group (followed by succinylcholine) had a shorter mean time to intubation (70 vs 78 seconds) (2).

Dosierung/Anwendung (1):
  • adult induction: 3-6 mg/kg iv
  • neonates (0-1 month) induction: 3-4 mg/kg iv
  • infants (1-12 months): 5-6 mg/kg iv
